A busy, well-established family in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking an experienced part-time Mommy’s Helper to assist with the daily care of their three boys (4 months, 3, and 5 years old) and help keep the home running smoothly. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, reliable candidate who enjoys working in a private home environment.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting mom with childcare and daily routines
  • Engaging with children in a safe, attentive, and nurturing manner
  • Light housekeeping related to the children
  • Laundry and organization
  • Tidying common areas and maintaining an orderly home environment
  • Assisting with occasional errands as needed

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, and proactive, with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills. They are comfortable working alongside a hands-on parent, take initiative, and have prior experience working with private families. Experience with infants and multiple children is strongly preferred. Discretion, reliability, and a genuine love for children are essential.

This is a long-term, live-out position offering $35/hour, with the opportunity to work in a respectful and welcoming household environment.
