A busy, well-established household in Coral Gables, FL is seeking an experienced full-time Housekeeper/Laundress to maintain a private residence to impeccable standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a career housekeeper who takes pride in their work and understands the expectations of a high-end home.

Responsibilities include full-charge, detailed housekeeping; expert laundry and ironing; closet organization; seasonal wardrobe rotation; and proper care of fine linens, garments, and household surfaces. The role also involves maintaining overall cleanliness and organization throughout the home, monitoring household supplies, and assisting with occasional errands as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, dependable, and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. A professional demeanor, respect for privacy, and the ability to work independently while following established household preferences are essential. Prior experience in a private residence or luxury home environment is strongly preferred.

This is a long-term, live-out position offering competitive compensation at $35/hour or more, depending on experience, with the opportunity to work in a refined and respectful household environment.
