Full-Time Nanny | Family of Five | Flexible Hours | Excellent Salary + Benefits

A sweet, active family of five is seeking a loving, warm, creative, and energetic nanny to care for their three boys, ages 12, 8, and 2. With a SAHM and a father who travels frequently, this full-time role provides essential daily support and guidance for the children.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a weekly plan of age-appropriate activities for the children

  • Supervise, engage, and nurture the children in a structured and loving environment

  • Manage the children’s laundry and keep bedrooms organized and tidy

  • Prepare kid-friendly meals and clean the kitchen afterward

  • Swim with the children and ensure water safety

  • Accompany the family on 4–5 vacations per year, including travel logistics

  • Care for the family’s two dogs and pet pig as needed

  • Proactively anticipate needs and maintain a safe, stimulating environment

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal nanny is proactive, independent, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children. Prior experience with multiple children, household management skills, and willingness to travel with the family are essential.

Compensation:
Excellent salary with overtime and benefits, commensurate with experience.
