A private family in Milford, Connecticut is seeking an experienced, hands-on House Manager to oversee and actively manage the day-to-day operations of their residence. Schedule
- Flexible schedule
- Tuesday through Sunday
- Hours will vary based on household needs and family schedule
Responsibilities
- Full-charge, hands-on management of the household
- Detailed housekeeping, organization, and laundry as needed
- Family-style cooking and meal preparation
- Running errands and managing household logistics
- Coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Assisting with household projects and maintenance oversight
- Managing household inventories, supplies, and schedules
- Ensuring the residence is maintained to the highest standards at all times
- Anticipating household needs and proactively addressing issues
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a hands-on approach and a “no task too small” mentality. They should have previous experience working in a private home and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
